How a repair works
Steps of a repair at Belmobile, from diagnosis to pickup.
Step 1 — Drop-off
- In store: walk-in, no appointment needed.
- By mail: online form, prepaid shipping label provided.
Step 2 — Diagnosis
- Free, completed within 24h.
- Result sent by SMS/email: identified issue + quote.
Step 3 — Approval
- Accept or decline the quote online or by SMS.
- Decline = free return of the device (no charge).
Step 4 — Repair
- Average time: 1-3 business days after approval.
- Original or certified aftermarket parts depending on the model.
- SMS notification when ready.
Step 5 — Pickup
- In store: show your ticket or email confirmation.
- By mail: shipped within 24h after repair, tracking included.
Payment
- In store: cash, Bancontact, credit card.
- Remote: bank transfer or online payment (link sent by email).
Good to know
- Your data is not accessed or erased unless you request it.
- A device not picked up within 90 days is considered abandoned.
