How a repair works

Steps of a repair at Belmobile, from diagnosis to pickup.

Step 1 — Drop-off

  • In store: walk-in, no appointment needed.
  • By mail: online form, prepaid shipping label provided.

Step 2 — Diagnosis

  • Free, completed within 24h.
  • Result sent by SMS/email: identified issue + quote.

Step 3 — Approval

  • Accept or decline the quote online or by SMS.
  • Decline = free return of the device (no charge).

Step 4 — Repair

  • Average time: 1-3 business days after approval.
  • Original or certified aftermarket parts depending on the model.
  • SMS notification when ready.

Step 5 — Pickup

  • In store: show your ticket or email confirmation.
  • By mail: shipped within 24h after repair, tracking included.

Payment

  • In store: cash, Bancontact, credit card.
  • Remote: bank transfer or online payment (link sent by email).

Good to know

  • Your data is not accessed or erased unless you request it.
  • A device not picked up within 90 days is considered abandoned.
