How buyback works

Principle

• Belmobile buys back smartphones, tablets and smartwatches.
• The price depends on the model, cosmetic condition and functionality.

Get an estimate

1. Select the model on belmobile.be/buyback.
2. Answer questions about the condition (screen, battery, housing).
3. The estimated price is displayed immediately.

Sell in store

1. Come with the device and an ID.
2. Quick on-site test (5 min).
3. If the condition matches the declaration: immediate payment in cash or bank transfer.
4. If the condition differs: a new price is proposed. You can decline at no cost.

Sell by mail

1. Confirm the estimate online.
2. Ship the device with the prepaid label.
3. Inspection upon receipt (48h max).
4. Payment by bank transfer within 24h after validation.

Conditions

• Device not stolen (IMEI check).
• iCloud/Google account signed out before shipping.
• Battery functional (the phone must turn on).
• No carrier lock.

Rejection cases

• Blacklisted IMEI.
• Locked device (FRP/iCloud Lock).
• Major structural damage (bent frame, exposed motherboard).
