2. Repairs & Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all repairs and refurbished devices. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship used during the repair. Prices & Payment: - All prices include 21% VAT. - Payment is due only after the repair is completed and verified by you. Exclusions: - Accidental damage (drops, cracks) - Liquid damage (oxidation) - Issues caused by unauthorized third-party repairs - Software issues or data loss We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. Belmobile is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the service.
3. Buyback Policy
Buyback quotes generated online are provisional estimates based on the information provided by the customer. The final price is confirmed only after a physical inspection of the device by our technicians. - If the device matches the description, the quote is confirmed. - If the condition differs (e.g., hidden defects, different model), we reserve the right to propose a revised offer. You are free to accept or reject this final offer. Cancellation is free at any time before payment. Upon acceptance and successful payment, ownership of the device transfers irrevocably to Belmobile.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
Belmobile shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the actual value of the service or product purchased. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
