- Day 3 · Batteries and connectorsBattery, charging port, speaker and camera swaps. Reassembly and seal replacement.
- Day 4 · DiagnosisFault-finding method, power testing, telling a fixable phone from a dead board. Knowing when to turn a customer down.
- Day 5 · Pricing and customersRate card, parts sourcing, real margin per job. You leave with your own prices.

What one screen repair brings in
