It confirms your seat, is deducted in full from the total price and is not added to it. No additional fee is charged.

6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Your enrolment is a distance contract. You have fourteen calendar days to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty. The period starts the day after your enrolment is confirmed, that is, the date of the confirmation email. To exercise this right, an unambiguous statement is enough: an email to info@belmobile.be, a letter, or the form at the end of this page. You are not required to use that form. All sums paid are refunded within fourteen days of receiving your decision, using the same means of payment as the deposit.

7. Cancellation outside the withdrawal period

The rules below apply once the fourteen-day period has expired. The start means the first day of the module you booked, or of the first module if you booked the full track. If you cancel: • more than 30 days before the start: the deposit is refunded in full; • between 30 and 14 days before: the deposit is retained, or you are moved free of charge to other dates agreed between us, at your choice; • less than 14 days before, or no-show: the deposit is retained. The balance is not due. If Belmobile cancels or postpones the session, including for lack of enough participants: full refund of all sums paid within fourteen days and, where the cancellation happens less than fourteen days before the start, compensation equal to your deposit, matching what you would have lost in the opposite situation. This compensation is not due in cases of force majeure. Postponement on medical grounds: on presentation of a certificate, your enrolment is moved free of charge to other dates agreed between us, whatever the date.

8. Safety

The track uses heated tools (hot air station, precision iron) and solvents. Safety instructions are given at the start of each day and must be followed. Belmobile is not liable for personal devices you choose to bring and work on during the training.

9. Your data

The data you provide is used only to manage your enrolment, issue your certificate and contact you about the session. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. It is kept for the legal retention period applying to accounting records. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data by writing to info@belmobile.be.
