Belmobile Warranty

Warranty duration

Refurbished device bought by a consumer: 1-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery (second-hand good). Repair for a consumer: 1-year commercial warranty on replaced parts and labour. Business customer (B2B): 3-month commercial warranty. The commercial warranty applies without prejudice to the legal guarantee.

What the warranty covers

Conformity defects and faults related to the invoiced repair: a faulty part, a malfunction of the repaired element. If the defect is confirmed, we repair or replace it at no cost.

What the warranty does not cover

  • Accidental or physical damage: drops, cracked screen, display lines, impacts.
  • Water damage: oxidation, immersion.
  • Work, opening or modifications by an unauthorised third party.
  • Software faults caused by the user: jailbreak, virus, unofficial update, malicious third-party app.

Making a warranty claim

Bring the device with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to our Schaerbeek store, Rue Gallait 4, 1030. Question: +32 2 275 98 67 or contact@belmobile.be.

Before any repair

Back up your data: photos, contacts, apps. Belmobile is not responsible for data loss occurring during the repair.
