Screen warranty — conditions and exclusions

Duration

• 6 months from the date of repair.
• The receipt or email confirmation serves as proof.

What is covered

• Display defect without impact (dead pixels, lines, flickering).
• Touch unresponsive in an area with no sign of impact.
• Screen detachment caused by assembly.

What is NOT covered

• Damage from drops, pressure or impact.
• Water damage (humidity indicator triggered).
• Third-party intervention after the Belmobile repair.
• Modified screen (poorly applied film causing detachment).

Claim procedure

1. Visit the store with the device and proof of purchase.
2. On-site diagnosis (15 min).
3. If the defect is covered: free replacement within 24-48h.
4. If the defect is not covered: standard repair quote.

Special cases

• Original vs aftermarket screen: the warranty applies to the part installed by Belmobile, regardless of tier.
• Device opened in the meantime: any sign of non-Belmobile opening voids the screen warranty.
